Who is Hobo Clay
and what is hoboclay.com ?
I am a harmonica player, singer, and storyteller.
They call me Hobo for a few reasons. One is that I am a jam musician and
I
sit
in with many different bands. Another
reason they call me Hobo , is that once
in
a while I take off either hitchhiking or on Amtrak and look for people to jam
with
in new places.
Much of the video on my website is from is open Mic nights, open jams,
and different bar gigs
in West Virginia, and Ohio . Some is from people’s
living
rooms
, garages ,and porches.
All of the videos are held on Youtube. If you don’t have high speed
internet service, sorry,
you
probably won’t be able to play these videos.
I
have recently included an audio page, which lets you play some songs in mp3
format
(sound
only) . You MAY be able to play these without high speed internet.
This website is mainly about my search for music and the magic that it
sometimes
brings.
This
website is run by funds out of my pocket. There used to be a donations button at the
bottom
of the homepage, but I deleted it, because nobody ever used it.
If you would like to donate money or become a sponsor, email me at clay@hoboclay.com
I completely understand, however, that most of us have no money to spare.
You can help me in another way by encouraging your friends to visit my
website often.
If I get enough hits on my site, I may be able to get advertisers.
If you have the knowhow to give my Youtube videos positive comments or
ratings, that
Would be appreciated also. Enough
begging already.
I hope you enjoy the music, stories, and pictures at hoboclay.com.
